The RCP-581V is a premium package industrial grade air compressor that will displace 18cfm at 100psi. This air compressor is mounted on an 80 gallon vertical air receiver and is a two stage compressor designed to build up to 175psi.

This compressor utilizes a slow turning cast iron pump. This compressor pump is normally paired with a 7.5hp motor but has been slowed down to run with a Baldor 5HP motor. This results in very quiet piston air compressor. This slow turning reciprocating pump generates less heat than other 5hp compressors, resulting in increased reliability/lifespan and less water in your compressor lines.

The RCP-C581V compressor features a pump built to last. This pump is built to last and features a finned discharge tube for cooler operation, tapered roller bearings, and automotive style wrist pins for increased lifespan. Inside of the pump, disc and spring valves are utilized rather than reed or finger valves. Disc valves are more reliable and can be changed without pulling the entire pump apart. This C1 pump from Chicago Pneumatic is paired with an industrial grade and high-quality Baldor motor.

The RCP-C581V is a 5hp single phase air compressor on an 80 gallon receiver. The pump is pre-filled with oil and the compressor is "plug and play" – simply connect power to the compressor and it’s ready to run. This "Premium Package" air compressor also includes the following benefits:

• Low Oil Level Switch - Internal oil level sensor that has been pre-wired to the motor starter. The low oil level switch will automatically shut the compressor off if the oil level is too low, preventing the pump from seizing.
• Air Cooled Aftercooler - Pre mounted on the back of the beltguard, an air cooled aftercooler will cool the compressed air after it leaves the pump which removes approximately 70% of the water from your compressed air - sending less moisture and contaminants into your air piping.
• Automatic tank drain - Automatically drains moisture from your air tank. This reduces the amount of water in your compressed air and helps prevent rust from corroding the inside of your compressor tank.
