Powerex 92832080 Tip Seal Set for High Pressure SLAE05EHP Bare Scroll Air Compressor Pump

The tip seal on the scroll compressor is self-lubricated and allows the unit to operate efficiently without oil and expensive filtration. The tip seal should be replaced every 5,000 hours of operating @ 145 psig for the high pressure SLAE05EHP oil free compressor pump.

Note this kit is only designed to fit the scroll pumps that operate at 145psi and will not work with the standard pressure SLAE05E pump. If you are running the SLAE05E standard pressure pump the correct tip seal part number is 92832070

When replacing the tip seals, it is also recommended to re-grease the compressor pump and bearings, replace the heat insulation pipe, change the air filter, and clean the blower fan and compressor fins.
