The Ingersoll Rand 7100E15VP value plus package 15 hp air compressor produces 50cfm at 175psi. The 7100 value plus model is IR's most popular two stage 15hp piston air compressor. Each IR 7100 compressor includes a 120 gallon horizontal air receiver and a 15hp industrial grade motor. This specific model operates on 230v three phase power.

The 7100 is a Ingersoll Rand T30 air compressor pump. This utilizes 100% cast iron cylinders in a v-type configuration. To reduce the amount of oil sent downstream, the cylinders are honed for low oil carryover. Radial fins on the cylinders help remove heat and provide increased cooling.

The Ingersoll Rand two stage 7100 has a 3 piece finned copper intercooler which provides maximum cooling. During operation, the flywheel sends air across the pump. This sends cooler air over the pump surface to keep the compressor running cool. The two stage air compressor pump is designed for industrial and commercial applications.

An E-series magnetic motor starter is pre-installed and wired to the pressure switch and motor. Starters provide full voltage control of electric motors. IR compressor motor starters shut off the compressor when they detect harmful voltage or increased temperatures. This protects against an overloaded motor, low line voltage or stalled rotors.

The IR 7100 is mounted on a 120 gallon air compressor tank. The receiver tank is ASME coded. The tank includes a pressure gauge, ball valve and safety relief valve along with the Ingersoll Rand compressor logo.

• An air cooled aftercooler pre-installed on the back of the beltguard. An aftercooler lowers package discharge air to within 25°F of ambient temperature. This cools the air prior to entering the receiver tank, which reduces the moisture content by about 70%.
• An automatic timed electric tank drain is installed on the bottom of the receiver tank. An auto drain discharges water from the receiver tank automatically. This prevents you from sticking your hand under the tank daily to remove moisture.

Each start-up kits contains all the parts needed to correctly start up and maintain the compressor for the first year of operation. 32305898 includes All Season Select lubricant, filter elements, MSDS sheet for lubricant, and one proof of warranty decal.

All Season lubricant is specifically formulated to protect and preserve the air compressor pump. All Season Select Lubricant can operate up to 2000 hours (under normal operating conditions) between oil changes. Almost all Ingersoll Rand T30 compressors utilize All Season oil in the pump.
