The Atlas Copco CR5-CRS1-80V-IS-N4 is a 5HP industrial premium package reciprocating air compressor with NEMA 4 rated electrical controls. This compressor operates on 230v single phase power. The package is mounted on an 80-gallon vertical receiver, and delivers approximately 18 CFM with a maximum working pressure of 175 PSI. The industrial premium package includes a low oil level switch, automatic tank drain and air cooled beltguard aftercooler. 

Built as part of Atlas Copco’s CR Industrial Series, this compressor uses a cast-iron, splash-lubricated, two-stage pump engineered for durability, long service life, and steady performance in tougher operating environments.

The NEMA 4 model includes:

• NEMA 4 Pressure Switch: Protect against ingress of airborne particulates, protect against hose-down cleaning, protects against adverse weather conditions and is IP66 rated. 
• Totally Enclosed Fan Cooled Motor (TEFC): The TEFC motor prevents air from moving into the inside of the motor. The interior fan cools internal motor components and has sealed conduit from the motor. Note, TEFC motors are not completely air-tight or waterproof.

• Air cooled aftercooler pre-installed on the back of the beltguard. This cools the air prior to entering the receiver tank, which reduces the moisture content by about 70%.
• An automatic timed electronic drain then removes any water from the receiver tank automatically. An auto drain no longer requires you to stick your hand under the tank daily to remove moisture.
• A low oil level shutdown switch which turns off the motor if oil runs low in the pump, preventing the pump from seizing up.
