The Atlas Copco CR5-CRS1-80V-PS-N4 is a 5 horsepower industrial reciprocating air compressor with NEMA 4 rated electrical controls. This compressor operates on 460v three phase power. The package is mounted on an 80-gallon vertical receiver, and delivers approximately 18 CFM with a maximum working pressure of 175 PSI. Designed for shops and facilities that need dependable compressed air for daily use., the CR5 is a strong fit for automotive service, maintenance departments, production support, and other commercial or industrial applications that demand consistent high-pressure air.

Built as part of Atlas Copco’s CR Industrial Series, this compressor uses a cast-iron, splash-lubricated, two-stage pump engineered for durability, long service life, and steady performance in tougher operating environments.

The NEMA 4 model includes:

• NEMA 4 Pressure Switch: Protect against ingress of airborne particulates, protect against hose-down cleaning, protects against adverse weather conditions and is IP66 rated. 
• Totally Enclosed Fan Cooled Motor (TEFC): The TEFC motor prevents air from moving into the inside of the motor. The interior fan cools internal motor components and has sealed conduit from the motor. Note, TEFC motors are not completely air-tight or waterproof.

The 80-gallon vertical tank gives this model a practical balance of air storage and floor-space efficiency.
