2202 9992 03 OEM Thermal Valve and MPV Instrument Block for Chicago Pneumatic and Quincy

2202 9992 03 is the OEM instrument block that houses the minimum pressure check valve and the thermal valve assembly. This sits on top of the separator tank and the oil separator element and oil filter thread onto this.

This instrument block was most commonly used on the QRS10 and QRS15 from Chicago Pneumatic as well as the Quincy QGS10 and QGS15 rotary screw compressors. The factory made several changes to this block over the years so we highly recommend contacting us with your serial number for confirmation this part will work with your rotary screw air compressor.

Note this block does NOT include the separator nipple. You will need to transfer this item from your old manifold.

2202 9992 03 is an OEM part. Sometimes this is displayed in a parts manual as 2202999203 or 2202-9992-03.
