The 2200902354 service kit will fit most QRS10HP and QRS15HP air compressors that were manufactured after September 2008, both with and without integrated air dryers. This part number is sometimes shown as 2200-9023-54 and 2200 9023 54. This kit is also used on the Quincy QGS 10 and QGS 15 rotary screw air compressors beginning with serial number CAI374630 and after, as well as several Atlas Copco G models.

This Chicago Pneumatic service kit contains most parts needed to complete a yearly service on your rotary screw air compressor. Completing service on your compressor on a regular basis will increase your energy efficiency, prevent debris from being sent downstream into your production equipment, and will prolong the lifespan of your air compressors. This kit should be used once per year or every 4,000 run hours, whichever occurs first.

This 2200902354 includes the following parts:

• Air filter element – Helps to remove dust particles before they enter the air compressor
• Oil filter element – removes debris and impediments from your compressor oil
• Oil separator element – removes oil from the compressed air before it’s sent downstream

This service kit does not include oil. Draining the old oil and replenishing is necessary when completing a full service. If oil is needed, Rotair Plus would have originally been shipped with your air compressor.
