T39 1312101036 Two Stage Replacement Piston Air Compressor Pump for Chicago Pneumatic, NAPA, and BelAir
The T39 bare compressor pump is a popular air compressor pump that has a cast iron cylinder, stainless steel valves, and a built in intercooler. The internal factory part number for this pump is 1312101036 and may sometimes be shown as 1312 1010 36 or 1312-1010-36. The old factory part number that may be shown in your parts book is 4116090019.
The flywheel is included with the pump and utilizes two “A” style belt grooves. The flywheel diameter is 15”. A high temperature air hose or refrigeration copper could be used to connect to the tank. This is a direct replacement to the T35 piston reciprocating pump.
This pump includes a finned intercooler and a pre-installed air cooled aftercooler. The intercooler helps remove much of the heat displaced after the air is compressed in the low pressure piston. Stainless steel reed valves are used to for long term reliability. The aftercooler cools the air prior to entering the receiver for moisture removal. This pump is designed to displace 18cfm when paired with a 5hp motor and can displace 24cfm when paired with a 7.5hp motor.
