The Powerex 92780180 tip seal set is used on the SLAE075 scroll air compressor pump. The SLAE075 scroll compressor is self-lubricated and allows the unit to operate efficiently without oil and expensive filtration. The tip seal should be replaced every 10,000 hours of operating @ 116 psig for the standard pressure SLAE075 oil free compressor pump.
Note this kit is only designed to fit the scroll pumps that operate at 116 psi and will not work with the high pressure SLAE075HP pump.

When replacing the tip seals, it is also recommended to re-grease the compressor pump and bearings, reaplce the heat insulation pipe, change the air filter, and clean the blower fan and compressor fins.
