The Ingersoll Rand UP6-15C TAS is a complete compressed air package. The Total Air System includes a rotary screw compressor, cycling air dryer, and integrated air filtration to remove dust and oil. This is all mounted on to a 120 gallon horizontal air storage receiver. The Total Air System compressor reduces space, costs less to install, and delivers high quality compressed air. 

Ingersoll Rand designed the package enclosure to reduce sound while allowing for easy access to parts and maintenance.  The front door lifts off if required to provide easy access to all routine maintenance points. You can remove the side panel for easy access to the dryer and filter section.

A pre-filter is located on the side of the compressor cabinet. This filters the air prior to entering the air compressor. In addition to lengthening the life of the main air filter, it keeps dust and debris away from major components.  

A cycling refrigerated air dryer is pre-installed and removes 99.9% of all moisture from the compressed air. As an energy saving feature, the refrigerated air dryer cycles on and off with the compressor. This uses a special stainless steel heat exchanger to pre-cool the air when it enters the dryer and warm the air upon exit.

The integrated dryer uses eco friendly R-134a refrigerant. The micro channel condenser and thermal control includes a quick acting hot gas bypass. The high efficiency cyclone separator removes then removes condensed water after the evaporator. The automatic drain discharges all condensate from a single port on the back of the compressor.

Ingersoll Rand designed the speed, torque and operating characteristics to perfectly match the load of the compressor. IR also optimized the motor efficiency and power factor for the UP6-15C TAS compressor. The motor has a class F insulation and can operate in ambient conditions up to 104 degrees.

The UP6-15C Ingersoll Rand rotary has been one of the most common rotary screw air compressors sold over the past decade. For good measure - the reliability, easy parts access and simple operation will set your facility up for success.

The air compressor operates on 208, 230 or 460 volt power. The default maximum pressure setting is 125psi. The UP6-15C is also available in 100psi or 150psi variants. Voltage and pressure are preset at the factory prior to ordering.
