The Ingersoll Rand 47588100001 inlet valve kit used to repair the inlet/unloader valve used on the RS15-22 series rotary screw air compressors. The inlet valve is often referred to as the unloader valve, and this part may be referenced in your manual as a unloader valve kit. 

Included in the kit is the necessary spring, snap ring, and o-rings. It is recommended to use this kit every 2 years or 8,000 hours. If your compressor is slow to build air it may be from the inlet valve sticking and this repair kit is required. The part number for the entire inlet valve is 47587639001.
