Ingersoll Rand OEM 45463676 Throttle Slowdown Cable for 2475F13GH Compressor with Honda Engine
The Ingersoll Rand 45463676 throttle slowdown cable is used on the Ingersoll Rand 2475F13GH and 2475X13GH gas compressors with the Honda GX390 engine.
The throttle slowdown is used to reduce the engine speed on gas driven air compressors. A properly installed throttle slowdown will reduce fuel consumption and compressor wear when the upper pressure cut-out setpoint is reached.
There is an 1/8” NPT fitting that will connect directly to the center pilot/unloader valve located between the engine and the motor. The opposite end of the cable will attach directly to the Honda engine's throttle valve behind the air filter. The throttle slowdown valve will expand and contract when the upper/lower pressure setpoints are reached which will cause the Honda engine to speed up or slow down accordingly.
If instead you are in need of the pilot / unloader valve that sends the signal via this throttle cable to idle down the engine, you will want to purchase item 49816283
