24242091 is a replacement filter element for the FA190IH inline filter manufactured by Ingersoll Rand. This filter fits their newer F series cast filters. 24242091 fits the FA190IH housing and the replacement element does include a housing o-ring for a reduced leak rate.
FA190IH is a high efficiency coalescing oil removal filter. This is used to remove dust, debris and particles from the airstream down to .01 micron. This also removes oil aerosol contents down to 0.01mg/m3. This filter should always be preceded by a general purpose element.
The F series filters are designed for easy replacement compared to competitive filters. They feature a no-touch element replacement for faster and cleaner maintenance. The entire assembly also requires minimal clearance for bowl removal.
