Ingersoll Rand OEM 24178360 Annual Service Kit for IRN20 and IRN25 TAS VSD Air Compressors

The 24178360 filter kit will fit most IRN20 and IRN25 TAS rotary screw compressors manufactured by Ingersoll Rand.

This Ingersoll Rand filter kit contains all filters needed to complete a yearly service on your rotary screw air compressor. Completing service on your compressor on a regular basis will increase your energy efficiency, prevent debris from being sent downstream into your production equipment, and will prolong the lifespan of your air compressors. This kit should be used once per year or every 2,000 run hours, whichever occurs first.

This kit includes the following parts:

• 89295976 Air filter element – Helps to remove dust particles before they enter the air compressor
• 54672654 Oil coolant filter – removes debris and impediments from your compressor oil
• 54749247 Oil separator element – removes oil from the compressed air before it’s sent downstream
• 22806889 Panel pre filter - filters the cooling air before it enters the compressor cabinet
• 85565703 F212IGE filter - Removes dust from the air in the drying process
• 85565711 F212IHE - Removes oil and vapors from the air after the drying process.

This service kit does not contain oil. Please see our Ingersoll Rand Ultra Coolant product page if oil is needed. Draining the old oil and replenishing is necessary when completing a full service.
