Ingersoll Rand 24178386 OEM Annual Service Filter Kit for IRN30 and IRN40 TAS VSD Rotary Screw Air Compressors

The 24178386 filter kit will fit most IRN30 and IRN40 TAS rotary screw air compressors manufactured by Ingersoll Rand. This kit is designed to be used with their compressors that include an integrated air dryer. These compressors were labeled as TAS air compressors or "Total Air System"

This Ingersoll Rand filter kit contains most parts needed to complete a filter change on your rotary screw air compressor. Completing service on your compressor on a regular basis will increase your energy efficiency, prevent debris from being sent downstream into your production equipment, and will prolong the lifespan of your air compressors. This kit should be used once per year or every 2,000 run hours, whichever occurs first. This includes their standard air filter element which was the most common (not high dust filter)

This 24178386 annual kit includes the following parts:

• 22203095 Air filter element - Helps to remove dust particles before they enter the air compressor
• 54672654 Oil coolant filter - removes debris and impediments from your compressor oil
• 54749247 Oil separator element, Qty 2 - removes oil from the compressed air before it's sent downstream
• 22806889 Panel pre filter - filters the cooling air before it enters the compressor cabinet
• 85565745 - F395IG dryer filter - Removes dust/debris from the airflow. On the dryers section of the air compressor
• 85565752 - F395IH dryer filter - removes oils and trace vapors from the air after it leaves the air dryer. On the dryers section of the air compressor

This service kit does not include oil. If you are also in need of oil, we recommend purchasing 92692284 Ultra Coolant. Ultra Coolant was most commonly shipped in these compressors. If you would like to confirm what was originally filled in your compressor prior to being shipped from the factory please contact us with your model and serial number.
