Ingersoll Rand 2000 Hour Annual Maintenance Kit for UP6 5-15 Series Air Compressors - 23352149

The 23352149 service kit will fit most UP6-5, UP6-7.5, UP6-10 and UP6-15C rotary screw air compressors manufactured by Ingersoll Rand.

This Ingersoll Rand service kit contains most parts needed to complete a yearly service on your rotary screw air compressor. Completing service on your compressor on a regular basis will increase your energy efficiency, prevent debris from being sent downstream into your production equipment, and will prolong the lifespan of your air compressors. This kit should be used once per year or every 2,000 run hours, whichever occurs first.

Note that this kit does not includes inline dryer filters if your compressor is a TAS or Total Air System Compressor that includes a refrigerated air dryer and inline filtration. Please contact us with your serial number for filter part numbers and pricing.

This kit includes the following parts:

• 88171913 Air filter element – Helps to remove dust particles before they enter the air compressor
• 39329602 Oil coolant filter – removes debris and impediments from your compressor oil
• 24121212 (old part number was 22388045) Oil separator element – removes oil from the compressed air before it’s sent downstream
• 38342028 Panel pre filter - filters the cooling air before it enters the compressor cabinet
• 92837095 Ultra Coolant - One liter of Ultra Coolant 8,000 hour compressor lubricant for top off.

This service kit only contains enough oil to top-off and keep extra on hand. It does not include enough for a complete oil change. Please see our Ingersoll Rand Ultra Coolant product page if additional oil is needed. Draining the old oil and replenishing is necessary when completing a full service.
