The ES4000 Basic controller is an electronic microprocessor that controls all aspects of your rotary screw air compressor. This is an electronic control unit programmed for energy saving operation with intelligent shutdown. The ES4000 controller makes operation very simple with warning and service alarms. Features include Icon based display with pressure and temperature settings/readings, running and working hours, service warnings, airend outlet temperature and automatic start after voltage failure.

This is an OEM elektronikon controller from Chicago Pneumatic. This part may be shown in your parts manual as 2204 1351 11 or 2204-1351-11

Note that this controller is only used on compressors that were pre-shipped with the ES4000 Basic microprocessor controller. If you have an older style QRS rotary screw compressor that only had a nob for load/unload, this controller will not work with your rotary screw air compressor. You may need to adjust parameters in this controller after installation to fine tune this to match your existing settings.
