Chicago Pneumatic OEM 2204155655 Replacement Belt Set for QRS 15 at 125psi Manufactured After 10/2017

Chicago Pneumatic recommends replacing the compressor belt every two years or 8,000 hours of compressor runtime, whichever occurs first. Belt tension and wear should also be checked every 500 run hours. This belt is specifically designed for the 100psi and 125 psi versions of the QRS15HP and QRS15HPD rotary screw air compressors.

The 2204155655 XPZ belt set may also be displayed as 2204-1556-55 or 2204 1556 55 in your parts manual. This OEM belt set and comes with two belts. These belts were also commonly used on several Atlas Copco rotary screw air compressors along with Quincy, BelAir and NAPA compressors. Changing the belt on your QRS 15 compressor by Chicago Pneumatic is fairly simple. The tension value is listed on the side of the belt housing. The belt is secured in place by two bolts on top of the belt housing. Simple loosing these to release tension. Remove the old belt, install the new, and then re-tension.

Please note these belts will only work with the QRS rotary screw compressors manufactured after 10/2017. There are several different belt sets available on these compressors depending on horse power, date of manufacture and pressure variant. Please contact us with your air compressor serial number for confirmation this belt will work with your air compressor.
