Chicago Pneumatic 1089039747 OEM Replacement Pressure Switch for QRS15 Rotary Screw Compressors

1089039747 is an OEM replacement pressure switch for several of the Chicago Pneumatic rotary screw air compressors, most commonly the QRS10 and QRS15. This pressure switch is pre-set from the factory to kick off at 115 psi and kick off at 130psi. This is an adjustable switch and the pressure may need to be adjusted after installation if your compressor is running at a higher/lower pressure.

The pressure switch sits inside of the main panel near the electrical connections. There is a ¼” port used for the pressure sensor. This tells the compressor when to turn the compressor on or off. This switch was originally manufactured by Condor and could be shown as MDR53.

Although most commonly used on the QRS10 and QRS15 from Chicago Pneumatic, this switch was also used on several Atlas Copco and Quincy air compressors.
