The Atlas Copco GA11 125 FF Full Feature is a premium 15 HP rotary screw air compressor with integrated air dryer. The GA11FF displaces 56.8 cfm with a maximum pressure of 125psi. This is a frame mount air compressor that does not include an air receiver tank. This baseplate design is meant to be tied into a separate air receiver at your facility. 

Designed for real-world daily use, the GA11 combines Atlas Copco’s in-house developed rotary screw element and IE3 energy efficiency motor to deliver strong air output with reduced energy waste and dependable long-term operation. Atlas Copco’s GA 5-11 platform is built to minimize total cost of ownership while maintaining the air quality and reliability needed to keep production moving.

The motor is a totally enclosed fan cooled (TEFC) tri-voltage design. The tri-voltage motor can be ran on 208v, 230v or 460v 3 phase power.  The compressor will ship pre-wired in 230v/3ph power, but can be converted to 208v or 460v in a few minutes. 

This newest version of the GA11 compressor includes an upgraded belt design. The new timing belt reduces slippage to ensure optimized operation with reduced maintenance costs. The baseplate / frame mount design makes it a strong fit for operations that already have downstream air receivers in place or want the flexibility to customize tank optionsseparately.

The GA11 Full Feature air compressor comes with a built-in refrigerant air dryer. It cools the compressed air and removes any moisture before it can enter your air system. Untreated compressed air contains moisture, aerosols and dirt particles that can damage your air system, creating the risk of corrosion and leaks, and contaminate your end product. Maintenance and repair expenses can far exceed air treatment
costs. An air dryer is therefore essential to protect your systems and processes.

Combined with SMARTLINK remote monitoring, it gives users better visibility into compressor status, service timing, and operating efficiency, which is especially valuable for small plants and busy service shops trying to minimize downtime.
