The Powerex SET1507 is a 15hp oil free scroll air compressor that displaces 45.6cfm @ 116psi. The SET1507 will run on three phase power and is one of the quietest compressors on the market at only 56dBA.

The SET1507 utilizes three 5hp motors and scroll pumps for a total of 15hp. This system uses the Powerex Variable Pump Drive system, where each compressor pump is automatically staged on/off individually based on actual system demand, maximizing energy efficiency at all usage levels. Lead compressor status will alternate every time a pump is called for – or every 10 minutes, whichever comes first – which maintains equal run hours and extends maintenance intervals. Redundancy is built into the system with the multiple pump design, eliminating the need to purchase an additional compressor.

The controls operate the duplex air compressor modules as needed in response to a pressure signal from a transducer located in the system manifold. An illuminated on/off push button controls power to the motor starters. When the button is in the off position, the system is merely in stand-by mode, not powered off. An HMI touch screen interface displays system status
and alarm conditions. Pressure settings are user adjustable within factory predetermined setting limits.

The baseplate design is meant to be paired with an existing air receiver. Each compressor motor is a TEFC, NEMA construction motors. These are also EISA compliant and premium
efficient. The compressor would be pre-wired in 208/230/460v 3 phase power prior to shipping depending on your buildings power.

Two pressure setpoints are available on the SET1507 15hp compressor depending on your sites psi requirements. 116psi is the most common but this is also available in a 145psi configuration at a slightly higher cost.
