The Powerex OTS0202 is a 2hp oil free piston air compressor that is rated to displace 7.2cfm @ 100psi. This compressor can run on three phase power and is mounted on a 60 gallon horizontal air receiver. The Powerex simplex reciprocating piston tank mounted systems are perfect for any application where clean dry air is required. The self-lubricating composite piston technology – standard on all Powerex reciprocating compressors – increases ring life and reduces temperature providing reliability for years to come. The dual cooling pistons reduce operating temperatures and the corrosion resistant components and coatings extend ring and valve life. The OTS00202 series utilizes the OPS030 oil free compressor pump.
The Powerex OTS series compressors have been designed and tested to meet the most demanding specifications of the oil free industry. All motors used on these compressors are NEMA Class B or better.
OTS0202 is available in either 208v 230v or 460v three phase power. A magnetic motor starter with overload protection is pre-installed prior to shipping and wired based on your buildings power. The 60 gallon receiver tank is ASME rated.
This compressor package is able to be configured in an array of different variants, including the potential to add either a refrigerated or desiccant dryer pre mounted and installed on the receiver tank. Please contact our sales department to help tailor a compressor specific to your needs.
