Powerex AD0754 15HP (2x7.5HP) Climate Control Duplex Air Compressor, 56cfm, 120 Gal Tank, Three Phase

The Powerex AD0754 duplex air compressor utilizes (2) 7.5hp compressor pumps to displace 56cfm. This climate control air compressor is mounted on a 120 gallon receiver and includes a pre installed and wired deluxe alternator. The AD0754 runs on 208v, 230v or 460v phase power.

The AD series air compressors from Powerex have been designed and tested to meet the most demanding specifications for low oil carryover and long life in the climate control industry. The package consists of two motor/compressor assemblies mounted on a single 120 gallon receiver tank. These are ideal reciprocating air compressors for instrumentation systems requiring and alternate compressor for standby or overload capacity. This style air compressor is desirable for a variety of reasons. When a duplex air compressor is alternated, the temperature of both compressors is kept above the ambient dew point to minimize moisture deterioration and corrosion. This still keeps temperatures low enough to prevent overheating on the motor and pump for increased life.

Powerex uses two of their LPS075A reciprocating pumps with the AD0754. This pump has precision honed cylinders and lap joint rings to provide the lowest oil carryover in the industry. The oil carryover rate is less than 2ppm which is the lowest you can achieve from an oil injected compressor. A fan type flywheel provides cooling across the pump fins to lower operating temperatures and increase the lifespan on your system. The motor is a 1750 RPM low speed motor. This generates less heat for an increased life as well. The motor pulley and pump flywheel are enclosed in an OSHA compliant beltguard.

The AD0754 can be pre-wired in either 208v, 230v or 460v three phase power prior to leaving the factory. The AD series duplex compressors are run through a factory break-in and are tested for air delivery, leakage and power consumption. The AD0754 is pre-shipped with a proper oil fill in the crankcase and ready to run.
