Powerex AS0303 3HP Climate Control Air Compressor, 10cfm, 80 Gallon Receiver, 3-Phase

The AS0303 Powerex 3hp simplex air compressor has been designed and tested to meet the most demanding specifications in the pneumatic climate control industry. The AS series are specifically engineered to provide a reliable source of compressed air to power pneumatic systems where the quality of the air is critical. This climate control compressor displaces 10.1cfm @ 100psi and is mounted on an 80 gallon horizontal air receiver.

Powerex uses their LPS030A reciprocating pump with the AS0303. This pump has precision honed cylinders and lap joint rings to provide the lowest oil carryover in the industry. The oil carryover rate is less than 2ppm which is the lowest you can achieve from an oil injected compressor. A fan type flywheel provides cooling across the pump fins to lower operating temperatures and increase the lifespan on your system. The motor is a 1750 RPM low speed motor. This generates less heat for an increased life as well. The motor pulley and pump flywheel are conclosed in an OSHA compliant beltguard.

The AS0303 includes as 3 phase magnetic motor starter in a NEMA 1 enclosure with overload protection. The pressure switch is pre installed and wired to turn the compressor on at 80psi and off at 100psi. A 115v automatic tank drain is pre-installed on the bottom of the receiver tank to remove moisture automatically from the tank. This compressor can be configured to run on 208v, 230v or 460v 3 phase power.

An optional refrigerated air dryer integrated and pre-installed with the compressor on the same receiver tank is available as an added option.
