Auto Drain 88349527 for Ingersoll Rand Legacy 2000 In Line Filter Assemblies

Replacement auto drain assembly for the older style of Ingersoll Rand 2000 series inline compressor filters. These are also known as the Legacy 2000 filters. This drain was used on their medium sized general purpose GP and high efficiency HE coalescing filters.

This drain connects to the filter assembly via threads on the drain and the bottom filter housing. There is a barbed fitting on the bottom of the drain that can be used to connect a drain hose or tube to route the water to an oil water separator.

An internal screen is built in to prevent dust or debris from clogging this drain. The internal float rises as the moisture builds up to drain the water and oil from the filter automatically. Ingersoll Rand recommends cleaning this drain assembly whenever you change the internal element.
