Ingersoll Rand 95022323 OEM O-ring Between Separator Block and Airend 

The 24042665 o-ring sits between the main separator housing and the airend on the Ingersoll Rand R4-11 series of rotary screw air compressors. This creates a seal so air does not leak from the separator housing when the oil drops back into the airend. This was most commonly used on the R4-11 rotary compressors.

Some of the IRN20-40hp VSD compressors also used this to create a seal on the bottom of the airend and where the inlet valve attaches to the air filter.
