The 47735463001 service kit will fit the UP6-20, UP6-25 and UP6-30 rotary screw air compressors manufactured by Ingersoll Rand. 47735463001 includes two gallons of Ultra 4k compressor oil. This kit is also used on the second generation UP6S models by IR as well.

This Ingersoll Rand service kit contains most parts needed to complete a yearly service on your rotary screw air compressor. Completing service on your compressor on a regular basis will increase your energy efficiency, prevent debris from being sent downstream into your production equipment, and will prolong the lifespan of your air compressors. This kit should be used once per year or every 2,000 run hours, whichever occurs first.

This kit includes the following parts:

• 89295976 Air filter element – Helps to remove dust particles before they enter the air compressor
• 54672654 Oil coolant filter – removes debris and impediments from your compressor oil
• 54749247 Oil separator element – removes oil from the compressed air before it’s sent downstream
• 22053722 Panel pre filter - filters the cooling air before it enters the compressor cabinet
• 47703841001 Ultra 4k Compressor Oil - Two gallons of Ultra 4k Coolant hour compressor lubricant for top off.

This service kit only contains enough oil to top-off and keep extra on hand. It does not include enough for a complete oil change. Please see our Ingersoll Rand Ultra 4k Coolant product page if additional oil is needed. Draining the old oil and replenishing is necessary when completing a full service.
