Ingersoll Rand 89295976 is an OEM air filter element used on several 20hp through 30hp Ingersoll Rand rotary screw air compressors. This filter was most commonly associated with the UP6-20-30 and IRN20-30 variable speed compressors. The Total Air System (TAS) models with integrated air dryer also utilizes this filter.

This air filter element should be changed every 4,000 hours or at a minimum of once per year. Air filters should be changed on a more frequent basis If your compressor is located in a dusty environment or an area with lots of pollutants in the air. Proactively replacing the air filter prolongs the life of your compressor by protecting the critical parts on the inside of the compressor. This also increases your energy efficiency by not restricting the inlet airflow going into the air compressor.

When changing your air filter, it is also recommended to change your oil filter and separator filter. The most common oil filter paired with these compressors is 54672654 and the most common separator element was 54749247.
