The 32198327 ring and gasket kit from Ingersoll Rand includes all items necessary to replace the internal rings on the 253 T30 compressor pump.

Included in this 32198327 kit are both the low pressure and high pressure piston rings. Two flange gaskets are included to seal the cylinders to the compressor pump crankcase. An oil fill plug, frame end cover and copper washer are also in this kit.

An instruction sheet is included with the purchase of this kit showing the proper order of how the rings should be installed.

Typically the rings are replaced on a 253 reciprocating compressor when oil is getting downstream from the compressor pump or the air compressor is slow to build pressure.
