32246324 is a high pressure head gasket used on the Ingersoll Rand 242 and 253 bare compressor pumps. These were older pumps that were manufactured in the mid 1980’s to the mid 1990’s.

This head gasket sits below the main head plate and above the valve plate. This is only used on the high pressure side.

If you have the 242 bare compressor pump and your compressor is struggling to build air, it is recommended to purchase the 32249294 valve/gasket kit instead.
