The Chicago Pneumatic "SpiralAir" SPR3T-141 is a 2.2hp oil free scroll air compressor with an integrated refrigerated air dryer built into the cabinet. The SPR3 T is designed to run at a maximum pressure of 141psi. This model will displace 7.2cfm @ 141psi and runs on 230v/1/60hz power. The integrated dryer will help to reduce and eliminate water and rust from accumulating in the tank, and also prevents water from flowing through the pipes and into the finished product.

With an extremely low noise level of 56dBA, the SpiralAir compressors will be able to sit anywhere in your facility without causing distractions. The SPR3 includes a sound reducing enclosure with dust protection enclosure. This allows for the compressed air system to run at one of the quietest noise levels on the market. The Chicago Pneumatic SpiralAir SPR3 enclosed scroll air compressor is designed to provide clean and dry air for industrial applications where the quality of the compressed air is critical. Air compression is achieved by the interaction of a fixed and orbiting scroll. Air at inlet pressure enters the compression chamber at the exterior side of the scroll element. Once air is drawn in, the orbiting scroll seals off the inlet port. As the scroll continues to orbit, the air is progressively compressed into an increasingly smaller ‘pocket’. A continuous flow of compressed air leaves the scroll element through a discharge port in the center of the fixed scroll. This process is continuously repeated, resulting in the delivery of pulse-free compressed air.
