Chicago Pneumatic 2901356852 OEM 4000 Hour Annual Service Kit for CPCm 40-60hp Fixed Speed Compressors

The 2901356852 service kit will fit the Chicago Pneumatic CPCm series rotary screw air compressors between 40 and 60hp. This kit is only used on models that do not include integrated refrigerated air dryers. This item may be shown in your parts manual as 2901-3568-52 or 2901 3568 52.

2901356852 is also a common service kit used with Atlas Copco and Quincy rotary screw compressors.

This Chicago Pneumatic service kit contains the parts needed to complete an annual service on your CP rotary screw air compressor (except oil). Servicing your compressor on a regular basis will increase your energy efficiency, prevent debris from being sent downstream into your production equipment, and will prolong the lifespan of your air compressors. If your air compressor is located in a dirty or dusty environment, it is recommended to change these filters more often.

This kit includes the following parts:

• Air filter element 1630 4302 94 – Remove dust particles down to 40micron before they enter the air compressor.
• Oil filter element 2204 2276 01 – removes debris and impediments from your compressor oil
• Separator element and gaskets 2204 2236 35 – removes oil from the air after it leaves the compression process
• Oil fill cap o-ring 0663 2102 18 – ensures proper seal between the oil fill cap and the separator tank
• Panel filter 2204 1203 03– filters the dust/debris in the air before it is pulled into the air compressor
• Motor grease 1630 2023 00 - Screwguard Amber motor grease for the motor bearings

Note that this kit does not include oil. If you would like oil and are still using the original oil brand that was shipped with your compressor, Rotair Xtra 1630203200 would be the best option.
