Chicago Pneumatic OEM 2901 3640 02 2000 Hour Service Kit A for QRS20HPD/QRS25HPD/QRS30HPD

The 2901364002 service kit will fit the newer version of the QRS20HPD, QRS25HPD, and QRS30HPD compressors manufactured after November of 2018. This kit is only used on models that include integrated refrigerated air dryers. You are able to tell if your compressor is a newer model if you have the ES4000 Basic Controller included on your unit.

2901364002 is also a common service kit used with Atlas Copco air compressors, NAPA, and BelAir. Many Quincy compressor models Quincy QGS20, QGS25 and QGS30 also used this filter kit, however these part numbers did vary over the years so it is best to confirm with your Quincy parts manual. This part number may be shown as 2901 3640 02, 2901-3640-02 or 2901364002

This Chicago Pneumatic service kit contains the parts needed to complete 6 month/semi-annual service on your CP rotary screw air compressor. Servicing your compressor on a regular basis will increase your energy efficiency, prevent debris from being sent downstream into your production equipment, and will prolong the lifespan of your air compressors. If your air compressor is located in a dirty or dusty environment, it is recommended to change these filters more often.

This kit includes the following parts:

• Air filter element 6211472350 – Remove dust particles down to 40micron before they enter the air compressor.
• Oil filter element 6211472250 – removes debris and impediments from your compressor oil.
• Oil fill cap o-ring 0663210590 – ensures proper seal between the oil fill cap and the separator tank
• Drain strainer 2902016102 – LD12 replacement strainer for the air dryer drain.

Note that this kit does not include oil. If you would like oil and are still using the original oil brand that was shipped with your compressor, Rotair Plus would be the best option. If you have a Chicago Pneumatic rotary screw compressor that does not include the integrated air dryer, you will want to purchase kit 6229030400.
