The 640I sprayer is part of Titan's Impact Series of airless paint sprayers. These high-performance and heavy-duty electric airless paint sprayers are designed for sustained operation on a wide variety of projects, from a single room in a house to a warehouse or manufacturing facility. The Impact Series electric airless sprayers are durable with jobsite features that keep contractors spraying.
Sprays: stains, lacquers, enamels, latex, and other low and medium viscosity coatings. Designed to consistently spray 75-100 gallons per week.
When storing your sprayer after the season is over, make sure to clean out your pump and hoses and store with no water or thinner left in the pump. Use either clean mineral spirits or a pump preserver such as Titan's Liquid Shield LS-10 for long term storage. Please refer to our airless sprayer storage procedure page for a more detailed guide. This will help improve the life of the packings and reduce maintenance costs.
