Replacement OEM Separator Filter Element for Ingersoll Rand R37-R45 Compressors – 23675010

The 23675010 separator element was most commonly used on certain versions of the Ingersoll Rand R37i, R45i, R37n and R45n rotary screw compressors manufactured by IR. Note that not all R37 or R45 compressors took this separator. If you are unsure of the exact separator element, please contact our parts department for confirmation this will work in your IR rotary screw compressor.

Ingersoll Rand recommends replacing the separator element every 8,000 run hours or once per year, whichever occurs first. The filter should also be changed anytime an oil change is performed. This removes oil from the airstream before the air is sent downstream. Proactively changing the separator element will reduce the pressure drop across the sump tank, increasing your energy efficiency and preventing oil from getting into your air dryer or production equipment.
