The Powerex IBVS0151 is a 1.5hp rotary vane vacuum pump system that produces 6scfm @ 19"HgV. The vacuum system includes a NEMA 1 UL listed operators panel and the system is mounted on a 30 gallon ASME registered vertical receiver tank. This system can be wired to either 208v/3ph, 230v/3ph or 460v/3ph power.

Powerex's industrial vacuum tank mount systems feature a lubricated rotary vane pump, one of the simplest and most reliable pump types available. The use of oil in the pump produces higher efficiencies, lower operating temperatures, and lower sound levels. These pumps are also the most suitable for high ambient temperatures, which makes them ideal for manufacturing or process applications where environmental temperatures tend to be higher.

The lubricated rotary vane pump on the IBVS0151 has the lowest initial cost and high ultimate vacuum levels. By tank mounting the pumps on an ASME air receiver and adding a UL listed NEMA 1 control panel, Powerex has designed systems that are perfect for applications like material handling, packing, pharmaceutical, food processing, printing, environmental, gas  generation, petrochemical, laboratories, instrumentation, chemical processing, and manufacturing.

The UL listed control panel is pre-installed and wired. This includes a minimum run timer to ensure the pump is not starting/stopping more frequently than designed. The control panel also includes a magnetic starter with overload protection, hour meter and on/off switch

The 1.5hp electric motor is a totally enclosed fan cooled (TEFC) motor to reduce dust and debris intake. All systems include high temp protection, including a light with latching circuit, reset button, dry contact, and temperature switch
