The Ingersoll Rand 47730379001 separator stem is used on the RSa11-22i and RSa15-22n rotary screw air compressors. The stem threads into the manifold block and lets you spin the separator element onto the compressor.

In conjunction with the separator element, the stem helps to drain excess oil back into the sump. Often times if the compressor is passing oil the stem will need to be replaced.
