This is a replacement air compressor oil filter element for a variety of IR air compressors. This item includes the filter element, the gasket that seals the filter to the compressor filter head, and the washer gasket that is placed on the bottom of the filter. The oil filter removes particles and debris from the compressor oil before being sent back into the compression process. Changing the oil filter element will prolong the life of your compressor by ensuring clean oil is sent to the airend and oil cooler.
