32248130 is an intake finger reed valve used on the low pressure valve plate for the Ingersoll Rand 2475 air compressor pump. 

The 32248130 finger valve from Ingersoll Rand sits on the bottom side of the valve plate. This opens downward to let air be pulled into the pump cylinder on the low pressure side.
