Graco 17Z688 3-Wheel Stability Kit for LineLazer V 3900, 5900, 130HS, and 200HS/DC

This is the 3 wheel stability kit for the Graco LineLazer V line of sprayers. This kit does not work on the 250SPS/DC, please refer to P/N: 17R436 for the correct 3 wheel kit.

Installation notes:

1. Slide spacer (6) onto axle (1). Next slide wheel (4) with spacer (5) and washer (7) onto axle (1). Make certain the wheel seals slide over the spacers.
2. Slide axle (1) with spacer, washer, and wheel through caster and center wheel with spacers.
3. Install washer (7), spacer (5), wheel (4), spacer (6), and nut (2) on the axle (1).
4. Tighten nut (2) until side-to-side movement of the center wheel is removed. Center wheel must spin free when nut (2) is tightened.
5. Pump all-purpose grease into both grease zerks (3) until grease can be seen coming out from between the spacers (5).
