Graco 17R436 3-Wheel Stability Kit for LineLazer V 250SPS/DC

This is the 3 wheel stability kit for the Graco LineLazer V 250SPS and 250DC. Please check your manual to verify parts compatibility or contact us to confirm parts that work for your specific application.

Installation Instructions:

    Removal

Place striper on a flat surface. Obtain sufficient blocking material to support the front of the line striper and a jack to raise the front of the line striper. Turn striper off, engage brake, and perform pressure relief procedure.
1. Loosen and slide spray guns off gun support bracket (170). Remove pronged knobs (52). Save for reuse later.
2. Slide gun support bracket (170) out of the gun arm bracket (49). Loosen and remove capscrews (51) and nuts (33), save for reuse. Remove and discard gun arm bracket (49).
3. Block the rear wheels. Lift the front of the striper and block it up so that the front wheel spins freely.
4. Loosen and remove capscrew (37) and lock nut (39). Discard capscrew (37) and lock nut (39).
5. Remove and save for reuse wheel (35) and two spacers (36).

    Install Gun Arm Bracket
1. Install new gun arm bracket (49) using capscrews (51) and nuts (33) removed earlier.
2. Slide gun support bracket (170) on to the gun arm bracket (49). Secure with pronged knobs (52) removed earlier.
    Install Front Wheels
1. Slide spacer (205) onto axle (37). Next slide wheel (35) with spacer (36) onto axle (37). Make certain the wheel seals slide over the spacers.
2. Place wheel (35) and spacers (36) removed earlier into the caster (34).
3. Slide axle (37) with spacer, wheel and spacer through caster (34) and center wheel with spacers.
4. Install spacer (36), wheel (35), spacer (205), and nut (39) on the axle (37).
5. Tighten nut (39) until side-to-side movement of the center wheel (35) is removed. Center wheel (35) must spin free when nut (39) is tightened.
6. Pump all-purpose grease into both grease zerks (206) until grease can be seen coming out from between the spacers (36).
