The Comet LWD3025G Pump Assembly (Bare Pump Part #85.140.004) is a professional triplex direct-drive gas pump built for performance and longevity. Up to 3,100 PSI at 3.1 GPM this pump is designed for gas powered pressure washers used in residential, commercial and light industrial applications.

Backed by Comet’s 5 year warranty the LWD3025G has ceramic plungers, brass manifold and external unloader for maximum durability, serviceability and reliability. Whether replacing a worn out pump or upgrading your system this pump has the strength and efficiency you need to get the job done.

To protect against overheating during extended bypass operation the LWD3025G comes with a thermal relief valve (85.300.024). This valve automatically purges overheated water and replaces it with cooler water to safeguard seals and internal components.

The pump requires 11 oz of 30W non-detergent oil, which lubricates moving parts and reduces wear. Routine checks and oil changes are easy to do and essential for maximum life.

With a maximum inlet temperature of 140°F (60°C) this pump can handle warmer water supplies than many consumer grade pumps, added flexibility in different operating environments.

The Comet LWD3025G has a triplex plunger design, a professional standard that provides smoother performance, less vibration and longer life than axial cam pumps. This design ensures high pressure water is delivered consistently even under heavy use.
