This Chicago Pneumatic oil filter element should be changed every 2,000 hours or once per year. The oil filter removes particles and debris from the compressor oil before being sent back into the compression process. Changing the oil filter element will prolong the life of your compressor by ensuring clean oil is sent to the airend and oil cooler.

This oil filter element will fit the Chicago Pneumatic CPBG35, CPBG40 and CPBG50 rotary screw compressors. This was also a popular filter used on several Atlas Copco and Quincy air compressors.
