Chicago Pneumatic OEM 2200902301 QRS3.0-7.5HP Annual Service Kit B

The 2200902301 annual service kit will fit most QRS3.0HP, QRS5.0HP, and QRS7.5HP air compressors that were manufactured between September 2008 and early 2021.This kit contains all OEM parts and includes the air filter, oil filter and separator element.

This part number is sometimes shown as 2200-9023-01 and 2200 9023 01.

This Chicago Pneumatic service kit contains most parts needed to complete a yearly service on your rotary screw air compressor. Completing service on your compressor on a regular basis will increase your energy efficiency, prevent debris from being sent downstream into your production equipment, and will prolong the lifespan of your air compressors. This kit should be used once per year or every 4,000 run hours, whichever occurs first

This service kit includes the following parts:

• 6211473750 Air filter element – removes dust particles before they enter the air compressor
• 6211472650 Oil filter element – removes debris and impediments from your compressor oil
• 6221372650 Oil separator element – removes oil from the compressed air before it’s sent downstream

This service kit does not include oil. Draining the old oil and replenishing is necessary when completing a full service. One gallon is typically needed for this size of compressor. If lubricant oil is needed, Rotair Plus is the best OEM oil to use in the QRS compressors.
