Chicago Pneumatic OEM 2901000201 Unloader Valve Inlet Kit for QRS20-30HP Rotary Screw Compressors

The 2901000201 unloader valve kit used to repair the inlet valve on many Chicago Pneumatic and Quincy rotary screw air compressors ranging from 20 to 30 horse power. The inlet valve is often referred to as the unloader valve, and this part may be referenced in your manual as a unloader valve kit.

Included in the kit is the necessary springs, piston, gaskets, grease, o-rings, plate and all parts required to successfully rebuild the inlet valve. It is recommended to use this kit every 2 years or 8,000 hours. If your compressor is slow to build air it may be from the inlet valve sticking and this repair kit is required.

This inlet valve kit may be shown in your parts manual as 2901000201, 2901 0002 01, or 2901-0002-01 

This unloader valve repair kit was most commonly used on the below rotary screw air compressors from Chicago Pneumatic.  There were many different versions of the below models manufactured over the years that could have taken a different inlet valve kit. Please contact us with your serial number for confirmation this is the correct part for your rotary screw compressor. 6219 0524 00 was also a common inlet kit for the below models.
