The BEKO ACC 75 compact desiccant air dryer is designed to deliver compressed air with a -40ºF or -100ºF dew point. This air dryer operates on 110v power. A pre-dryer filter is included that removes trace dust particles and oil vapors. An integrated post dryer filter is pre-installed and designed to remove any dust that can flake off from the internal desiccant beads.
The ACC adsorption desiccant dryers use top-quality desiccant media, guaranteeing a constant supply of compressed air of the highest quality. The desiccant adsorbs moisture to a pressure dew point as low as -40 °C (can be as low as -100 °F based on correction factors), ensuring trouble-free and efficient production.
Unlike a standard refrigerated air dryer that leaves you susceptible to moisture in your air lines if the compressed air falls below +40ºF, the ACC 75 dryer provides a much lower dew point of -40ºF. This is a great option as a point of use air dryer for critical machinery or if you have a section of your air piping outdoors which is exposed to freezing temperatures. Heatless desiccant dryers utilize a small amount of dried air to regenerate the desiccant in one tower while the other tower dries the compressed air. The ACC 75 is rated to handle an incoming air flow of 75cfm.
The internal manufacturer’s part number for the ACC75 desiccant dryer is 4050735 and 4054021.
Stated dryer flow rates are based on 7.0 barg (100 psig) and 35°C (95°F) at the dryer inlet. Please contact us if you need help sizing a desiccant air dryer specifically for your air system.
