Demand on a compressed air system is often varied, the DRYPOINT® RA VSD intelligent controller monitors the incoming conditions and adjusts the compressor and condenser fan speed to the required cooling capacity of the refrigerant system. This saves energy, and over the life of the dryer operating costs decrease.

The BEKO RA VSD 1000 refrigerated air dryer with variable speed drive technology includes the DMC50 microprocessor controller. This simple to use yet intuitive controller provides a dialogue interface for the operator. The operator can use the touch screen display to manage operating functions, view alerts/faults (service), and set dryer process parameters and more.

Compared to traditional cycling air dryers, a variable speed drive refrigerated air dryer provides significantly increased energy savings and a much more stable dew point. The RA 1000 VSD refrigerated air dryer is capable of handling up to 1,000cfm of compressed air at 100psi. A 1000cfm refrigerated air dryer is commonly paired with a 200hp rotary screw air compressor.

This air dryer is pre-wired in 460v main power and available in an air cooled and water-cooled variation. The factory part number for the air-cooled dryer is 4028403 and the water cooled variant is 4043490.
