The Atlas Copco SF4 AFF is a 5hp oil free rotary scroll air compressor with integrated refrigerated air dryer. Rated to displace 12.5cfm with a maximum pressure of 145psi. The compressor system is baseplate mounted without a receiver tank and the operating voltage is 208/230/460v 3 phase power. Atlas Copco part # 8153611788.

The SF4 AFF Full Feature air compressor comes with a built-in refrigerant air dryer. It cools the compressed air and removes any moisture before it can enter your air system. This prevents rust in your compressed air piping and avoids damage to your end use equipment. 

The Atlas Copco SF4 AFF oil-free scroll compressor provides clean, dependable compressed air in a compact and exceptionally quiet floor-mounted package. Powered by a 5 HP IE3 TEFC motor, this air-cooled compressor delivers approximately 12.5 CFM at 145 PSI with a maximum operating pressure of 145 PSI. Its tri-voltage motor supports 208, 230, or 460-volt, three-phase power, making it adaptable to a wide range of commercial and industrial facilities.

Because oil is not introduced into the compression chamber, the SF4 delivers ISO 8573-1 Class 0 oil-free compressed air, helping eliminate the risk of oil contamination in sensitive products, processes, and pneumatic equipment. The scroll element also produces a smooth, continuous flow of pulse-free compressed air with fewer moving parts than many conventional compressor designs.

This configuration does not include an air receiver tank. It is intended for floor mounting and can be connected to a properly sized external receiver. This configuration is an excellent option for facilities that already have a central air receiver. The low sound enclosure reduces noise levels to 58dBA providing additional installation flexibility close to the point of use. 

Note: The model number references SF4 which is the kW rating for a 5HP motor. This SF4 does not include the Elektronikon Touch controller.
