The Atlas Copco SF1 is a 2hp oil free rotary scroll air compressor rated to displace 4cfm with a maximum pressure of 145psi. The operating voltage is 230v single phase power. The compressor is baseplate mounted without a receiver tank.
The Atlas Copco SF1 oil-free scroll compressor provides clean, dependable compressed air in a compact and exceptionally quiet floor-mounted package. Powered by a 2 HP IE3 TEFC motor, this air-cooled compressor delivers approximately 4 CFM at 145 PSI with a maximum operating pressure of 145 PSI. Its motor and integrated motor starter are wired for 230v single phase operation.
Because oil is not introduced into the compression chamber, the SF1 delivers ISO 8573-1 Class 0 oil-free compressed air, helping eliminate the risk of oil contamination in sensitive products, processes, and pneumatic equipment. The scroll element also produces a smooth, continuous flow of pulse-free compressed air with fewer moving parts than many conventional compressor designs.
This Pack configuration does not include an integrated refrigerated air dryer or air receiver tank. It is intended for floor mounting and can be connected to a properly sized external receiver and downstream air-treatment system. This configuration is an excellent option for facilities that already have a central air receiver, dryer, and filtration system—or that need the flexibility to select air-treatment equipment for a specific dew point or air-quality requirement.
