The Atlas Copco G75 is a 100hp rotary screw air compressor rated to delivers 471 CFM at 125 psi and operates on 460v 3 phase power. Powered by a 100 HP fixed-speed drive system, the G75 combines an Atlas Copco-designed rotary screw airend element with an IE3 premium-efficiency motor for reliable performance and efficient operation.

Designed to reduce routine maintenance, the G75 uses a drivetrain with no belts or couplings to adjust or replace. Its totally enclosed, fan-cooled motor helps protect the drive system from airborne dust and debris, making the compressor well suited for demanding industrial environments. A heavy-duty inlet filter removes 99.9% of airborne particles down to 3 microns, helping reduce internal wear and extend service intervals.

Oversized oil and aftercoolers provide increased cooling capacity to help lower operating temperatures, minimize oil carryover and extend lubricant life. Compressor operation is managed through the intuitive Elektronikon® Touch controller, which provides advanced monitoring and control functions designed to optimize efficiency and reliability. Integrated SMARTLINK connectivity provides remote equipment monitoring, maintenance notifications and system-performance insights, allowing operators to stay informed even when they are away from the compressor.

As a Pack configuration, the Atlas Copco G75 is a practical solution for facilities that prefer to select and install their compressed-air dryer, filtration and storage equipment separately.  At just 71dB(A), it is quiet enough for installation much closer to the point of use than many traditional compressor packages, helping reduce piping runs and improve workspace flexibility.
